During the summer we cannot guarantee that shipments containing chocolate will not melt in transit. All measures are taken at our facility to ensure such shipments are not left in conditions where they will melt, but once this is handed over to our couriers we can not guarantee bars will not melt.
We will not be held responsible and we will not refund orders containing chocolate that has melted. With the above in mind, please do not buy chocolate products if you are wary of the risk of the product melting.
