Shipping policy

Please find details of our shipping policy below;

- Orders containing any liquids are not covered for loss or damage unless shipped with APC Liquids service, this invalidates the entire orders cover, not just the liquids products

- All orders are sent on Evri, DPD or APC tracked services

- Orders are dispatched Monday to Saturday only

- Orders are shipped within 3 working days

- We ship within the UK only (British Overseas Territories excluded)

- Delivery time frames vary depending on the shipping method selected at checkout and are best estimates, shipping times can never be guaranteed

- We are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged packages. If your order has not been received within 10 business day of dispatch, please email contact@candyamerica.co.uk for assistance.

- Shipping costs are non-refundable.

- We reserve the right to refuse any order for any reason.
