At Candy America, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 14 days of receipt for a full refund.

In order to receive a full refund, the item must be returned in its original condition, with all original packaging and accessories. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the item is not returned in its original condition.

If you wish to return an item, please contact us at contact@candyamerica.co.uk to arrange the return. We will provide you with a return address and a returns form. We will process your refund within 14 days of receiving the returned item. Refunds will be issued in the same form of payment used for the original purchase.

We are not responsible for any return shipping costs.
